Dr Lucy HoneDr Lucy Hone is a co-director of the New Zealand Institute of Wellbeing & Resilience, a research associate at AUT University, a published academic researcher, best-selling author and contributor to Psychology Today. Her TED talk, the Three Secrets of Resilient People, has had over 240,000 views. New Zealand's representative of the International Positive Education Network (IPEN), a member of the NZAPP Executive Committee and the All Right? advisory board, Lucy's research has been published in internationally respected peer-reviewed academic journals such as the Journal of Positive Psychology, Social Indicators Research, the Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, the International Journal of Wellbeing and NZ Journal of Human Resources Management. She currently works with a diverse range of schools across NZ Aotearoa supporting them by building capacity and understanding of wellbeing and resilience among students, staff and whanau. Her new book, The Educators' Guide to Building Whole-school Wellbeing: A Practical Guide to Getting Started, Best-Practice Process and Effective Implementation (Quinlan & Hone) will be published by Routledge in March 2020.
